We provide a safe place to talk to a skilled counsellor
We provide a safe place to talk to a skilled therapist, who will listen and help you understand how past experiences, worries about the future, or lack of self-confidence may be affecting your life. Therapy can help you reflect on how you respond to events and explore the way you deal with relationships.
You can share your thoughts and feelings which you may not feel able to with friends or family as sometimes having a neutral space to talk can help you work through your difficulties. Your therapist will not tell you what to do, or give advice or guidance but will help you process your thoughts and feelings to make your own choices.
We provide a confidential setting in all our venues. You are free to talk safely, without fear of rejection, criticism or blame. The confidentiality of the relationship between you and your therapist and those seeking Therapy is fully protected within BACP Guidelines for practice.
Remote Therapy
We offer therapy online this can be through FaceTime or Zoom online sessions or Telephone therapy which ever feels suitable also there is flexibility to use the range of options if necessary. We understand in the current climate that having the flexibility to have remote therapy is important and this can help fit more around the busy life style of our clients and our therapists have experience working in these ways.

Starting Therapy
If you would like to speak to one of our therapists to book an initial assessment please contact us by telephone or email click the contact us for information.
The assessment will be with a therapist who will explore with you your problems, assess your needs and decide with you if the services we offer are appropriate and suited to your needs. Please note we operate an appointment only service.
Ongoing Sessions
Following the assessment, if ongoing therapy is agreed to be appropriate, arrangements can be made for regular ongoing sessions. We aim to start your sessions as soon as possible and you can help speed things up by being as flexible as possible about the times you can attend the sessions. Please note that evening sessions are in great demand.
Ongoing sessions last for 50 minutes and are arranged usually once weekly. Therapy may be short term 8-12 weeks or long term 12 months plus depending on individual circumstances and your needs.
